If you have not registered: ignore 'user name' and 'password' and just click on the 'Register' button - you will go to a screen where you can fill in the basic details needed to register.

If you registered previously: (a) enter your user name and password, (b) tick the 'Remember login' box, if you want your login to be remembered (see below) then (c) click on 'Login'.

Important: If you tick the 'remember login' box:

1. when you leave the site, do not click on logout. When you have finished with the Internet, just close the window.

2. do not delete cookies, as this is the way passwords are remembered.
